Standard Ground Shipping Map

Guaranteed Service is not available in all areas. Scheduled business days and delivery schedules are revised occasionally due to changes in distribution and volume, especially during holiday periods. Service to some remote areas also may require additional delivery days.

STANDARD DOMESTIC SHIPPING

  • In-stock orders will be shipped within 72 hours. 
  • Most orders arrive in 7 to 10 business days.
  • Shipping is now available to PO Boxes.

EXPRESS SHIPPING

Express shipping is not available on web orders. Please email or call your order in to be quoted for expedited shipping.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Fabulous-Furs is unable to process international orders at this time. If you are interested in shipping internationally, you can shop our curated collection at Neiman Marcus (neimanmarcus.com/fabulousfurs).

ON THE MOVE

Shipping costs are based on a sliding scale of order total:

  • $0-$2,000: 10% of order total (or $15, whichever is greater)
  • $2,001-$4,000: 8% of order total
  • $4,001-$6,000: 6% of order total
  • $6,001+:shipping costs will be quoted on an individual order basis

DROP SHIPPING

Drop shipping is offered only in special exception cases. Please note there is a $10 handling fee per address, per order. We will do our absolute best to remove the packing list and other paperwork from the shipment upon your request; however, it is not guaranteed.

NOT DELIGHTED WITH YOUR PURCHASE?

If there are any issues with your shipment, or if the package contents are damaged for any reason due to shipping, please contact us immediately and we will be happy to resolve the issue to the best of our ability.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

  • Contact us within three (3) business days by phone at 888-443-3003, by email at wholesale@fabulousfurs.com
  • A return authorization number will then be issued for all eligible returns or exchanges
  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within thirty (30) days of shipment delivery.
  • After thirty (30) days, no returns or exchanges are accepted, including defective goods.
  • Fill out the form on your packaging slip and include with your return shipment.
  • Write the RA# we assign to the order on the return address label located on your packaging slip and attach the label to the outside of your return shipment.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • All items must be returned in the original packaging and condition with tags and labels attached.
  • The return shipment must have a Fabulous-Furs issued RA# labeled on the outside of the shipment. Returns/exchanges will not be accepted without an RA#.
  • Custom or personalized items, cut yardage, or items with labels removed are non-returnable.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • We do not work on consignment.
  • Third party returns/exchanges will not be accepted.
  • Return shipments that do not follow the above stated terms will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
