    I have bought several hats from this place which are so cute but this one has an adjustable strap but My husband and I and a neighbor can NOT figure out how to adjust it we have spent days hours but can not figure this out my husband is an Aero Space Engineer and I am a Nurse but we can not figure this out we have never been so frustrated !!! I would not buy it again.
